Data storage

We offer researchers various cloud solutions, along with options for storing data on ZIM servers like virtual servers or a file server system.

ELN

Two web applications for electronic lab notebooks are installed locally for HHU researchers: labfolder and eLabFTW.

Programming

In addition to the HILBERT high performance computing cluster, we also offer the GitLab program for version management and the JIRA project management software by Atlassian.

Repositories

Research data repositories such as re3data, Zenodo and HHU ResearchData are the most important systems for storing, archiving and reusing research data.

Data management

Providers of third-party funds often require a data management plan (DMP). HHU researchers can use the Research Data Management Organiser (RDMO) program for this.

Collaboration

A variety of tools – from wiki software through chat programs to video conferencing systems – are available for collaborative work.
