Community Workshop

Our event format FDM-Werkstatt (RDM work shop) is going to take place again in Düsseldorf from 23-25 March 2026 in cooperation with the RDM Competence Centre of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, CEPLAS, DataPLANT and NFDI4BIOIMAGE.

The community workshop invites you to learn from and with each other in hands-on sessions led by your peers. New features and use cases of RDM tools like eLabFTW, RDMO, OMERO, Python and the Galaxy platform will be introduced, tried out, experimented with and discussed. This workshop is for everyone who is interested in RDM tools and offers sessions catered to beginners as well as to more advanced handypersons in RDM.

The FDM-Werkstatt will be conducted mainly in English. Participants must bring their own laptops. Please consider the remarks regarding the target audience and requirements, which you will find underneath each abstract.
