The first German Open Science Festival will take place in Hanover on 30/31 August. You are cordially invited to attend!

Open Science thrives on the realisation of scientific practices based on transparency, reproducibility, reusability and open communication.

Therefore, a diverse selection of formats will be offered under the motto "Meet, Share, Inspire, Care!":

  • Keynote and panel discussions on open science practices with (inter)national experts
  • Practical workshops
  • Marketplace with information on local and international initiatives and services

You will find the programme at www.opensciencefestival.de. Registration will also be activated there from mid-April.

The Open Science Festival is jointly prepared and organised by Leibniz University and the Technical Information Library TIB - Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology.

You can also find the latest information on the Twitter accounts @RDM4LUH and @OSLHannover. The hashtag for the event is #OSF2022DE.

We are looking forward to a lively festival - Meet, Share, Inspire, Care!
